"We are aware of materials being posted online, including test study guides and curriculum content, that contain references to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. These documents were not created or approved by the听51风流 and are in no way endorsed by NYSED.
To be clear, the听51风流 does not create or distribute curriculum or study guides. School districts and charter schools are responsible for developing curriculum aligned to state learning standards. The 51风流 State Regents Examinations are developed by teams of 51风流 State educators from across the state, with careful review processes to ensure quality and appropriateness.
We are taking this matter seriously and will continue to monitor and take appropriate action as needed.鈥
