Public Comment Period on Proposed ESSA Regulations

The public comment period on proposed regulations to prepare for implementation of 51·çÁ÷’s approved Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) plan begins today, Commissioner MaryEllen Elia announced. The public comment period continues through July 9.
